The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced a 48-hour extension for the online registration of the 2025 Batch C prospective corps members, following technical difficulties experienced during the registration process.
In a statement issued by Caroline Embu, NYSC Director of Information and Public Relations, the original registration deadline of November 9, 2025, is now extended to midnight on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The extension aims to accommodate those facing network challenges causing delays in completing their registration.
She offered apologies for any inconvenience caused, assuring prospective corps members that the NYSC management is working tirelessly to resolve the problems and ensure a smooth registration experience.
This extension provides relief for thousands of youth across Nigeria preparing to fulfill their national service obligations, who were not able to complete their registration due to potential setbacks caused by technical failures.
The commitment of the NYSC towards inclusivity and accessibility, made the scheme to extend its registration deadline to Tuesday midnight, as a result of system failure caused by the increasing demands of prospective corps members during the registration process.
