In Abuja, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will set 2025 admission cut-off marks for tertiary institutions on July 8 at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre.
The policy meeting, announced via JAMB’s official X handle on Wednesday, will gather stakeholders to finalize admission guidelines and minimum UTME scores for universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and monotechnics.
JAMB’s annual policy meeting involves heads of tertiary institutions to deliberate on admission processes. The event will establish official guidelines, timelines, and deadlines for registration and applications for the 2025 academic year.
During the meeting, JAMB will collaborate with vice-chancellors, rectors, and provosts to ensure a coordinated admission process. The board will also announce the top-performing candidates in the 2025 UTME.
Attendance is by invitation only, but JAMB will provide live coverage on its social media handles. The decisions made will shape the admission process for the upcoming academic year.
