Supporters of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) have converged on Kaduna State for the official flag-off of President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 presidential campaign.
The mass mobilisation signals the commencement of the party’s political activities to secure a second term for the incumbent administration.
The gathering took place at the Ranchers Bees Stadium, where security operatives barricaded major access roads to manage the massive influx of attendees. Thousands of APC supporters filled the stadium early on Saturday morning, bringing the venue to full capacity and leaving little room for movement.
Party faithful converged on the Ranchers Bees Stadium as early as 7:00 a.m. to rally behind the President’s second-term bid. Demonstrating their backing for the administration, thousands of attendees in branded outfits waved party flags and chanted “Tinubu Again.” By 10:00 a.m., the general stands were completely occupied ahead of the arrival of VIP dignitaries. No fewer than 31 state governors and senior national leaders are expected at the event.
