President Bola Tinubu is set to visit Kaduna State today to commission several developmental projects executed by Governor Uba Sani’s administration. The visit, rescheduled from Wednesday due to recent attacks in Benue, coincides with activities marking Sani’s two years in office.

The projects include a 300-bed Specialist Hospital in Millennium City, the Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development in Rigachikun, and road projects in Soba, Samaru Kataf, and Kafanchan.
Additionally, Tinubu will unveil the Tudun Biri Road, a 22km road linking Kauru and Kubau LGAs, and a Vocational and Skills Training Centre in Tudun Biri.

The President will also launch 100 Compressed Natural Gas buses to modernize Kaduna’s public transportation system. These initiatives reflect Sani’s focus on infrastructure, healthcare, youth empowerment, and economic growth since assuming office in 2023, aimed at transforming the state.

The state government described the visit as a significant moment to showcase Kaduna’s progress under Sani’s leadership. Tinubu’s prior engagement in Benue, where he addressed a humanitarian crisis and condemned ongoing violence, underscores his commitment to tackling national challenges while supporting state-level development.
