Rights activist Aisha Yesufu has called on supporters of former presidential candidates Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso to adopt the “Osun Script” to protect their votes in the 2027 general elections.

Yesufu made this statement in a social media post on Saturday, sharing a campaign poster declaring her commitment to vote for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Federal Capital Territory on January 16, 2027.

“I am Aisha Yesufu from FCT. I will vote NDC on 16 January 2027 and play the Osun Script to protect my vote: vote, stay, count, snap the result sheet”, Yesufu.

She urges electorates to remain at their polling units to monitor the counting process and photograph result sheets.

She advised Nigerians to learn from the August 2026 Osun State governorship election, where Accord Party’s Governor Ademola Adeleke defeated the All Progressives Congress candidate, Bola Oyebamiji.

She pleaded on Nigerians to mobilise support across the country and make their own pledges using the trending hashtags #YouRigWeOsunYou and #VoteNDC.
